1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Bet 877 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the website bet877.io and all services, games, betting markets, and features available through it. By accessing bet877.io, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
Bet 877 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details. If you continue to use the Bet 877 platform after updated Terms are published, this constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.
These Terms are written in English and governed accordingly. In the event of any dispute, the English version of these Terms shall take precedence over any translated or summarised version that may appear elsewhere on the platform.
Important: If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Bet 877 platform immediately and contact support to close your account.
2. Eligibility
To open and maintain an account with Bet 877, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet 877 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and the matter reported as required.
- You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You must not be listed on any sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP), or financial crime watchlists applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Bet 877, its affiliates, or any game provider whose titles are available on the platform.
- You must not be self-excluded from Bet 877 or any other gambling platform under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
Bet 877 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the Bet 877 platform. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your real name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequent verification checks. Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. Bet 877 will never ask you to share your password with any member of our team, and you should never disclose it to any third party. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Bet 877 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts, deducted from any remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
Tip for Pakistani players: Use your primary mobile number to register. This is the number we use for OTP verification, support contact, and security alerts — make sure it is active and accessible.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at Bet 877 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
- Easypaisa – instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum Rs 200
- JazzCash – instant deposit and withdrawal, minimum Rs 200
- NayaPay – same-day processing, minimum Rs 500
- SadaPay – same-day processing, minimum Rs 500
- Bank Transfer (IBFT) – 1–4 business hours, minimum Rs 1,000
- Visa / Mastercard – subject to card issuer processing times, minimum Rs 500
Deposits are credited to your Bet 877 account once payment is confirmed by the payment provider. In the rare event of a delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed by Bet 877 within the timeframe stated for each method above. To initiate a withdrawal, the payment method you use must be in your own name and must match the verified identity on your Bet 877 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bet 877 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawals before processing. Players may be asked to provide proof of source of funds for withdrawals exceeding Rs 500,000 in any 30-day period.
Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit at Bet 877 may require additional verification. This is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorised withdrawals.
5. Betting Rules
All bets placed at Bet 877 are subject to the following general betting rules. Additional sport-specific and game-specific rules may apply and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.
- A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to technical issues are considered void.
- Bets can only be placed using available funds in your Bet 877 wallet. The platform does not offer credit betting.
- Minimum bet across the platform is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, game, and market type, and are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
- Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the cash-out feature where this is explicitly available for that market.
- Bet 877 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a manifest odds error — where odds were clearly posted incorrectly due to a system or human error.
- PSL betting rules follow the official PCB match results. In the event of DLS-adjusted results, official DLS outcomes determine market settlement.
- Crash game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms and are final once the round result is confirmed by the server.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bet 877 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL odds boosts, crash game cashback, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to these general terms plus any additional terms specific to that promotion.
- Welcome Bonus: Available to new Bet 877 registrations only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per payment method. Minimum qualifying deposit Rs 500. Bonus credited within 24 hours of qualifying deposit.
- Wagering Requirement: The standard wagering requirement at Bet 877 is 10× the bonus amount. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
- Eligible Games: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, wagering requirements can be fulfilled across all crash games, PSL betting, and esports betting at Bet 877. Some games may contribute at a lower rate toward wagering completion — check the specific promotion for details.
- Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the validity window will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account. Standard validity is 14 days.
- Abuse Prevention: Bet 877 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and related winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed fraudulently.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at Bet 877 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage
- Opening more than one account, or assisting another person to open a duplicate account
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
- Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated betting activity across multiple accounts
- Laundering money or using the platform for any financial crime
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of Bet 877 staff or other players
- Sharing your account credentials with or transferring your account to any other person
- Any action that Bet 877 reasonably determines to constitute an attempt to defraud the platform or its players
Bet 877 uses sophisticated risk and fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, access to funds may be restricted.
8. Privacy and Data

- Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond Bet 877's reasonable control
- Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank networks)
- Any action taken by Bet 877 in good faith to comply with applicable laws or regulations
Bet 877 makes no guarantee of continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur and will be communicated in advance where possible. 11. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your Bet 877 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bet877.io. Upon your request, Bet 877 will close your account and return any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to you via your preferred payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.
Bet 877 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested
- Duplicate account detected
- Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age
- Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to cease services to the account holder
Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, Bet 877 reserves the right to retain all balances including real-money deposits and winnings. Any such decision will be communicated to the affected player, who has the right to submit a formal complaint through our complaints procedure.
12. Amendments to These Terms
Bet 877 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified via the mobile number or email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Minor updates — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider availability — may be made without prior notice.
The version of the Terms in force at the time you placed a bet is the version that governs that bet. All subsequent activity is governed by the most recently published version.
